Job Description:

Well known, established full service law firm located in San Francisco’s Financial District is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) estate planning legal secretary, preferably with some litigation and corporate experience.

Job Requirements:

Must have 3 - 5+ years of Legal Secretary experience (estate planning and civil litigation background ideal).  Requires stable work history.  Knowledge of state and Federal court filing requirements, including experience with e-filing ideal.  Strong knowledge of calendaring (i.e. court rules, dates, procedures) ideal. Exceptional communication skills to communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients.
