Job Description:

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function in the San Francisco office of dynamic multi-state law office. This role will provide guidance to all personnel (90) regarding various aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruiting and integrating new employees, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development, the application of firm policies and procedures, coaching, discipline and termination. The HR Manager will collaborate with the Executive Director in areas such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, HRIS, leave management and the staff evaluation process. The HR Manager will also participate in firm-wide programs and initiatives.
