Job Description:

We have an opening for a Temporary Professional Development Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support for top law firm's fall associate review cycle and related career development programs. This is a temporary full-time position (about 6 months) that can be based out of their Silicon Valley office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and proficiency in viDesktop, and MS Office applications (particularly Outlook and Excel). The individual will demonstrate strong initiative, poise, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Other essential qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, including the confidence and professional demeanor necessary to interact with senior lawyers, a strong client service orientation, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This position requires at least 2-3 years of related work experience.
