Job Description:

Fast-paced, dynamic, boutique law firm in downtown San Francisco is seeking an energetic litigation paralegal to join their team to assist with all aspects of litigation support. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your skills while working with talented attorneys on bodily injury cases.
Duties include assisting managing attorney on personal injury cases from inception (client meeting) to case settlement, and then into litigation for litigation support, though litigation support is also a smaller part of the job. Client liaison with law firm, managing client information, questions, case investigation, obtaining medical records, creating wage loss documentation, resolving property damage claim, medical management, attending medical examinations, gathering documentation to support all claims, preparing settlement demand, negotiating case settlements. In litigation, duties include preparing and responding to written discovery, and other attorney support.

Job Requirements:

Need experienced paralegal, prefer bodily injury background (plaintiff preferred but defense is good too). Must speak Cantonese fluently and English well, Mandarin helpful but not required. Applicant should be technologically familiar with Word and other programs typically utilized by law firms including case management software.  Independent, self-motivated person looking for a career with opportunity for advancement and performance bonus.
