Job Description:

We are working on an opportunity in our client’s Mountain View office for a full-time Receptionist to join their Office Services team. Their Receptionists are the primary interface between the Firm’s visiting attorneys, clients, and guests. Responsibilities include: handling telephone calls, conference room reservations, catering requests, and general administrative tasks. The shift for this position is 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday. 

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be professional with outstanding customer service and communication skills. Candidates must have prior receptionist or customer service experience, and computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel) is required. Experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
