Job Description:

Silicon Valley law office has an opening for a Temporary Office Services Catering and Reception Assistant (about 5 months) who will provide support across both departments. The work schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Responsibilities in hospitality will include but are not limited to ensuring proper and timely set-up of food and refreshments for meetings and/or special events.  The candidate will also have reception duties that will include acting as the initial contact and customer service representative for the firm's attorneys, clients, employees, and guests; screening and directing incoming calls on the firm's main telephone line.

Job Requirements:

Desired Skills and Qualifications:  The chosen candidate will have a combination of reception and food industry experience.  Strong customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  High level of attention to detail.  Computer proficient, with the ability to utilize MS Office applications and conference room scheduling software.  Prior law firm experience desired.
