Job Description:

Newly opened  San Francisco office of international law firm is seeking an executive level litigation secretary.  The selected candidate will serve primarily as the executive assistant to one of the firm’s preeminent attorneys (the office's managing partner) but also assume the role of Office Coordinator, and supervise office support staff.

Accordingly, this job requires an individual who excels in multi-tasking, "wearing several hats", and realizes significant job satisfaction from assuming responsibility.  This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a firm with a history notable for consistent financial strength as well as dynamic innovation!

Job Requirements:

Viable candidates will:
* Have a minimum of five years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Litigation Secretary in a fast-paced and dynamic office setting.
* Have a professional record that demonstrate a high level of achievement at every level.
* Be detail oriented and have a team player mentality.
* Have superior written and verbal communication skills.
* Be eager to assume substantial responsibility for matters from the start.
*  Have leadership skills to train and develop staff and the ability to supervise and lead a team.
