Job Description:

A leading international law firm which has recently opened a San Francisco office is seeking an executive level legal secretary.  The selected candidate will serve primarily as the executive assistant to one of the firm’s preeminent attorneys (the office's managing partner).  The candidate will also assume the roles of Office Coordinator, and Legal Secretary to two associates.

Accordingly, this job requires an individual who excels in multi-tasking, "wearing several hats", and realizes significant job satisfaction from assuming responsibility.  This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a firm with a history notable for consistent financial strength as well as dynamic innovation!

Job Requirements:

Viable candidates will:
* Have a minimum of five years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Litigation Secretary in a fast-paced and dynamic office setting.
* Have educational and professional records that demonstrate a high level of achievement at every level.
* Be detail oriented and have a team player mentality.
* Have superior written and verbal communication skills.
* Be eager to assume substantial responsibility for matters from the start.
