Job Description:

Our client, a global law firm with a gorgeous new office located near the Crocker Galleria in SF's Financial District, is hiring a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and support the work of attorneys, management and other staff.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Front office support, including answering phones, greeting clients and vendors, maintaining conference rooms, stocking office, and kitchen supplies, mail delivery, etc.
• Administrative support, including maintaining files, making copies, assembling notebooks, and assisting with projects as needed and directed by the office manager and attorneys.
• Coordination of special projects as directed/needed by the office manager, director of operations, and HR team

Job Requirements:

This position is ideal for recent college grads or administrative professionals looking to start their legal careers. The firm promotes from within, so this is a great launching point for legal experience.
A can-do attitude is required for this role. The firm is looking for a cheery, positive, team-spirited candidate with professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience working in law office or professional services firm preferred
• Familiarity with legal research
