Seeking Strong Litigation Secretary

Litigation Secretary
 
Our client, a prominent San Francisco plaintiff personal injury law firm, seeks an experienced and technically proficient legal secretary. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of litigation secretarial experience. A team player with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and e-filing, ability to multitask, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail are essential.

Job Requirements:


Must possess a minimum of 5 years litigation secretarial experience
Experience and comfort in e-filing
Knowledge of California Court Rules and Court Procedures
Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly, while at the same time, paying attention to detail
Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and independence to work with limited supervision
Knowledge of basic legal terminology and legal office procedures
