Job Description:

A well established San Jose law firm has an immediate opening for a highly skilled paralegal with both corporate and estate planning experience. Prepare and maintain corporate records including formation documents, state filings, minute books and transaction documents.  Share issuance. Foundation/non-profit formation.  Understanding of both administrative processes and probate procedures as it relates to trust and estate administration.  Preparation of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives and related documentation.  Preparation of deeds and other trust asset allocation documentation.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational, written/verbal communication and time management skills as well as experience supporting multiple attorneys. Must have advanced knowledge in MS Word 2010 with corporate, estate planning and estate administration experience.
