Job Description:

The Finance Department in the SF office of a global law firm has a career opportunity for a Client Accounting Specialist. ‚ÄčThis individual will have overall responsibility for coordinating the billing and collection activities of Partner accounts and will work collaboratively with the partner and the clients to process edits accurately and generate timely bills, administer special billing arrangements, monitor the accounts receivables, provide management with status reports, various client analysis reports and assist clients in resolving questions and/or problems regarding their invoices and accounts. This is a hands-on position that involves working within a team-oriented environment, utilizing sound business judgment addressing the wide variety of daily tasks efficiently which encompasses all aspects of the day-to-day billing (eBilling) and collections operations (full portfolio management), which are performed in accordance with departmental standards. 

Job Requirements:

The qualified candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong written and verbal communication skills as there will be regular interaction with partners and clients. Prior firm and or service billing experience desired and Aderant experience a plus.
