Job Description:

A progressive, fast paced law firm is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to support a senior partner who works in their San Francisco office, and sometimes in their Berkeley office. This position is full time and offers full benefits.  This position is ideal for an energetic, organized team player with excellent people skills and a positive attitude.  The person must be enthusiastic about providing office support.  

Administrative duties include: calendaring, word processing, editing, time entry, drafting expense reports, assembling binders, fielding calls from clients, scrupulously organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, and coordinating office functions. Occasional driving is required.  

Job Requirements:

At least two years of office experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent work ethic and willingness to learn. The ability to produce high-quality work under tight timelines, keep calm under pressure, work independently, and prioritize and keep track of multiple projects is essential. We are looking for a fast thinker who has excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, is team-oriented, and has a great sense of humor.  Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience. A valid driver’s license is required.  Bachelor’s degree required. Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
