Job Description:

A top-tier law firm with an open and inclusive culture has an opening for a Temporary Attorney Recruiting Assistant (approximately 4 - 6 months) who will provide administrative support for a wide variety of functions related to Attorney Recruiting, including: planning and implementation of the summer associate program law school student interview programs, and the patent agent/engineer program; interview scheduling; new hire processing; and updating and maintaining our recruiting database. The position involves regular contact (verbal and written) with attorneys and personnel throughout the firm. 

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, and at least one-two years of prior experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment. The successful candidate possesses exceptional organization skills, is a self-starter, professional, responsible and detail oriented. Other essential qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, a strong client service orientation, the ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment, proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to enter and manipulate information in a database, preferably LawCruit. This position can be based from their Mountain View or San Francisco office (travel to MV will be required at least once a week).
