Job Description:

The Risk Management Department of global law firms seeks a Litigation Docket Specialist to perform calendaring/docket functions and maintain docket database. This position can be based in their San Francisco (preferred), San Jose or Silicon Valley office.

Job Requirements:

The qualified candidate has 2 years of related experience, knowledge of federal and state court structures, procedures and filing requirements, experience in using automated docketing/calendaring programs (preferably CompuLaw). The position requires a detail-oriented individual who possesses strong organizational skills and good verbal and written communications skills. Must also be able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Requires computer proficiency in MS Word and automated docketing calendaring applications.
