Job Description:


A very successful law firm in downtown San Francisco that serves public agencies, nonprofits, and community-based organizations is seeking full-time receptionist with good written and oral communication skills to answer phones, greet clients, receive and distribute mail, maintain reception area, conference room calendaring, order supplies and assist the administrator with special projects.   
 

Job Requirements:


This position will represent the company as the first point of contact for all visitors so a professional, yet warm demeanor is a must!  Must be a dependable team player with good organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate has some prior law office experience.  Fantastic opportunity with competitive salary and great benefits!
