Job Description:

A leading player in aircraft leasing, financing, and management firm in San Francisco’s Financial District seeks individual to assist its In-house Transaction Attorneys, Marketing, Technical, Tax, Finance, Accounting, and Contracts Administration Teams. 
This position will primarily be supporting the business by managing transaction closings and providing support to the company’s team of in-house attorneys through a variety of activities, including drafting documents, arranging for document execution, opening bank accounts and reviewing and organizing transaction documentation.  In addition, the paralegal will support the company’s legal department with respect to corporate maintenance and record-keeping. 

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm and/or in-house legal department is required.  Bachelor’s degree required.  Notary certification is a plus.  Skill and comfort in working in an automated environment.  The company uses Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and various custom databases.
