Job Description:

Global law firm is currently seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary for their San Francisco office. Under general supervision from the Office Administrator, provides full administrative and document processing support to an assigned group of attorneys and paralegals. This is a full time, non-exempt position with excellent benefits. 
Qualified candidates should have three years’ legal experience, strong multi-tasking skills, excellent proofreading skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the attorneys. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, exercise sound, and independent judgment and meet stringent deadlines.
The essential job functions and qualifications are listed below:  
• Performs a wide variety of highly confidential/sensitive secretarial and administrative duties
• Photocopying sensitive documents
• Preparation of motions, briefs, memoranda of law, and exhibits
• Typing 80 wpm
• Filing legal documents with various courts
• Efficient handling of multiple phone lines
• Organizing paper and electronic files
